A homeless man was sleeping under a bridge next to his bike as temperatures were starting to get a little colder.
When asked if he needed anything, he said he could use some food.
“Would you like anything to eat?”
“Yes please!” he said.
“What’s your favorite kind of food?”
“Anything really.”
Went to pick him up a few warm sandwiches, a drink, and 10 handwarmers to help him stay warm through the night.
He was so grateful and must have said thank you ten times.

Helping this sweet homeless man was part of our outreach at Understanding Compassion. Our goal is to both help these beautiful souls in need, and to also put more kindness into the social media feeds as an education system.
