It costs $0.00 to treat someone with Respect.
I was raised to treat the Janitor with the same Respect as the CEO.
I’m at a point in my life where i’m only interested in Honesty, Loyalty, Respect and Integrity.
Being Humble means recognizing that we are not on Earth to see how important we can become, but to see how much of a difference we can make in the lives of others.
No one really knows how much anyone else is really hurting. We could be standing next to someone who is completely broken inside and never know. So, be kind, always. With yourself, and with others.
The truth is that many people struggle. Some may be good at smiling through their pain in public, but behind closed doors they fight a battle every day just to survive. So don’t presume, don’t judge, and Be Kind. Always.
You seriously have no idea what people are dealing with in their personal life so just be nice, it’s that simple.
We don’t always have to agree with one another, but it’s important that we learn to respect each other.

Never Judge… It’s easy to look at people and make quick judgments about them, their present and their past, but you’d be amazed at the pain and the tears a single smile hides. What a person shows to the world is only one tiny facet of an iceberg hidden from sight. And more often than not, it’s lined with cracks and scars that go all the way to the foundation of their soul. Never Judge… learn to respect and acknowledge the feelings of others.
Be Selective with your battles. Sometimes Peace Is better than being right.
Treat people the way you want to be treated. Talk to people the way you want to be talked to. Empathy is feeling with the heart of another.
No one has the right to tell you that their life is harder than yours. No one has the right to invalidate your struggles because they “got through it just fine.” No one has the right to tell you to suck it up because other people have it “worse.” Hardships are not comparable. Your struggles are real, legitimate and just as difficult as anyone else’s. You deserve to be cared for.
Discussions are always better than arguments, because an Argument is to find out Who Is Right, and a Discussion is to find out What Is Right.
